The Link Award Scheme Application Form
Applicants are invited to complete an online application form or submit a written application to the address below. Applicants are specifically asked to address the following:
1) Details of how the funding will be used, including specific details of the project being undertaken, and any associated timescales
2) Details regarding the recipient(s), including potential benefits for the community or individual and details of how the funding will help support active community engagement, develop the individual or support someone in difficulty
3) The overall cost of the project including, if appropriate, a breakdown of costs and any other sources of funding.
Please be aware that typical donations are in the region of £250-£300. We do require copies of receipts for anything which is purchased as a result of receiving a donation. We always invite recipients of donations to share a photograph and their story in order to celebrate the work of our community and promote the scheme. This is entirely optional.
